Shipping Overview

All orders placed with ShelfSpace Toys are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we work hard to ship orders quickly, transit times are determined by the carrier.

We take care in packing every order to help ensure collectibles arrive display-ready whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee manufacturer packaging perfection, as minor cosmetic imperfections may exist prior to shipment.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.


Flat-Rate Shipping

📦 Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.95 per order

  • One flat shipping rate, no matter the quantity
  • No minimum order required
  • Shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout

This allows collectors to shop confidently without worrying about escalating shipping fees.


Shipping Locations

🚚 Where We Ship

  • We ship only within the United States
  • Available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
  • We do not ship to:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • U.S. territories
    • International destinations

All orders ship from within the United States. Our business operations are based in Brandywine, Maryland.

Packaging & Collector Care

We understand that condition matters to collectors.

  • Each order is packed with care to help protect the item and its packaging
  • Additional protective materials may be used depending on the item
  • While we aim for display-ready delivery, we cannot guarantee box condition due to manufacturer packaging and transit factors

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

ShelfSpace Toys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
