Returns Policy Overview

Due to the collectible nature of our products, ShelfSpace Toys maintains a limited returns policy to protect item condition and collector value.

Returns are accepted only on unopened, unused items and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Opened items, damaged items, or items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Eligible Returns

✔️ Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
  • The return is approved by ShelfSpace Toys prior to shipment

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened items
  • Used items
  • Items with damaged or altered packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

Non-Returnable Items

Because we sell collectible toys and action figures, the following are non-returnable:

  • Opened collectibles
  • Items with removed seals or packaging
  • Items showing signs of handling, wear, or use
  • Clearance or final-sale items (when noted)

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are not refunded under any circumstances

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning approved items.


How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation for the return request

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping box (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
